About the role

As a Marketing Manager Renovation you will lead strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth in the construction sector.

Ideal for experienced B2B marketers passionate about enhancing brand visibility and maximizing sales opportunities.

You develop and implement an annual marketing plan aligned with segment and global marketing managers.

You participate in global marketing projects representing the construction segment.

You lead digital marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with the digital marketing manager for successful implementation.

You collaborate with architects, distributors, and builder merchants on promotional plans and in-store marketing to boost sales and brand visibility in the construction sector.

You manage e-commerce and oversee regional content creation across online (including social media) and offline channels, adapting global content as needed.

You oversee the company's presence at trade fairs and exhibitions, managing stand design and conducting post-event analysis.

You organize webinars, develop content, ensure smooth execution, and track success.

You effectively manage the regional marketing budget.

About You

Essential skills & competencies

You hold a bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing & communication or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience focusing on construction, preferably in B2B.

You possess a customer-centric mindset along with strong project management skills focused on planning and coordination.

You are a well-organized team player with a strong attention to detail, capable of managing several projects simultaneously.

You have a strong customer-focused approach.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional Eastern European languages considered a plus.
