- Defining, developing marketing strategies (short and long term) with Branch Director and Group Marketing Department, after approval execution
- Managing and motivating the subordinate team of product manager
- Implementing marketing budget, controlling of marketing policy implementation
- Media managing: briefing, media planning, optimization, post-buy learnings, media agency collaboration
- Optimization of product positioning on the market, implementing creative tools for sales team, innovative marketing activities and communication methods
- Cross-division collaboration:
- sales team - implementing of sales and marketing policy
- financial director - control of key sales and product profitability indicators
- other departments in the areas of shared competencies and responsibilities
- Market analyzing regarding the product, consumers and competitors' actions
- Building and maintain long term relationships with key customers and KOLs
- Representing and promoting organization during industry events
- Higher education (preferred fields: marketing and management)
- 10 years of experience In similar marketing - related position
- Knowledge of English at B2 level
- Developed skills of communication and interpersonal
- Analytical, negotiating and strategic thinking skills,
- Experience in people management.
