Experience in Marketing Management - at least 3 years;

Excellent knowledge of English (С1+, fluent / native);

Willing to grow as a leader and strategist in the field;

Proficient understanding of Web3 and blockchain technologies;

Strong experience working with launchpads and DeFi;

Proactiveness, high responsibility;

Strong communication skills;

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
