The Position

Marketing Manager / Product Manager in Neurology

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Mission and responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager contributes to creating value to the patient journey through supporting and enabling the Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) in implementing successful strategies for the ecosystem in line with Roche Code of Conduct and principles. The Marketing Manager is also accountable for ensuring collaboration with the networks and local enablers to identify new opportunities, initiatives and solutions to answer local needs and to drive value for the patients.

As a Marketing Manager, you will develop specific marketing plans for products or therapeutic areas within the organization. You will interpret and translate scientific data into commercial implications, analyze data and make strategic recommendations. You will provide marketing insight and direction to optimize new product launches, monitor budget and expenditures. In addition, you will ensure product placement and development corresponds to market needs. You will be outcome oriented, focusing on value, in alignment with the Pharma Vision, to maximize impact. You also may develop short and long-range strategies for product expansion and represents marketing group on cross-functional team. You may organize marketing training for products.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

Digital Communication

Enable the PJPs in setting the Therapeutic Area or other communication strategy and creation/adaptation of local Therapeutic Area messages, materials and communication content for digital platforms.

Network:

Collaborate with colleagues around the globe to develop and implement solutions addressing common challenges. 

Collaborate with the PJPs to enable global networks to identify or share new opportunities, initiatives and solutions that answer local needs and drive value for the patients

Collaborate closely with the Digital team to ensure effective digital communications.

What you bring:

Proven marketing experience, preferably as product specialist or product manager.

Knowledge of healthcare/life science or FMCG industry competitive landscape, life cycle management process would be consider as an advantage.

Familiarity with digital landscapes and content creation.

Fluent in Polish, Proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise
