Vattenfall is looking for Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to support our Asset IT team. As a team member you will work on contributing to our vision of fossil freedom. 
 
What will you do? 
 
Your tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Orchestrating Scrum or Kanban Teams (International),
  • Ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted,
  • Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality,
  • Facilitating Scrum teams in their regular meetings (daily standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions),
  • Managing multi-product delivery, facilitating discussions between different Business Units, and supporting work prioritization,
  • Organizing Azure DevOps for assigned products (Backlog and Sprint boards and general process behind it),
  • Supporting Product Owner(s) in effective Product Backlog management and in understanding and applying agile principles,
  • Assisting Product Owner(s) in writing User Stories,
  • Knowing your Product(s), being able to demonstrate, explain, and promote them to other Business Units,
  • Wireframing Web/Mobile features hand-in-hand with Business Stakeholders (Design Thinking principles)

Qualifications

Who are you?  


As our Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager you have:

  • Scrum Master experience (2+ years), 
  • Stakeholder management skills (excellent communication),
  • Fluent English,
  • Experience in managing Products (Web/Mobile Apps) and it's Stakeholders,
  • Impediment solver attitude,
  • Good understanding of the process of applications development from initial brainstorming to maintenance of the product on production,
  • Experience in working with co-located teams (PO abroad, Stakeholders abroad, some Devs abroad)


Next to this you bring: 

  • Experience in working with Web Portals & Mobile Applications , 
  • Hands-on experience in Azure Cloud solutions,
  • Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps (organizing team and products),
  • Experience using “Figma” for wireframing,
  • Knowledge about Design Thinking principles,
  • Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) ,
  • Programming skills (experience as developer)
