Role Purpose
Responsible for delivering effective financial control processes for a large and complex portfolio Responsible for timely, high quality and accurate financial reporting for JLL and the Client Responsible for invoicing process for MAC & Projects to ensure client invoicing deadlines are met and cash flow is not impactedWhat this job involves
Controlling the MAC & Projects transactions impact on JLL P&L Monthly reports preparation and follow up Month end activities – transactions postings and reconciliations Processing and monitoring purchase orders and supplier invoices, regular preparation & analysis of Unmatched, GRNV and Open PO reports Preparation of invoices and supporting documentation to the client Ensure that suppliers are paid within specified payment terms Inter-company transactions Build strong relationships and support facilities managers, Projects and MAC Teams by dealing with any queries / information requests Identify and work collaboratively to implement improvements in team processes.Every day is different, and in all these activities, we’d encourage you to show your ingenuity.

1-2 years’ experience in a similar position (working with international teams and clients) Motivated, positive and flexible in approach to work Proactive in identifying issues and potential solutions Self – supporting; diligent; can deliver to tight deadlines Ability to learn quickly, and desire to develop Customer Service: Commitment to solve requests and problems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills English – fluent in speaking and writing Excellent PC skills, proficient in Office tools, such as Microsoft Outlook Word & ExcelWhat you can expect from us
