For our client international company offering dedicated SAAS Solution Platform for medium and large B2B Clients we are looking for Regional Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • develop, execute a detailed business development plan in CEE region,
  • work on strategy to lead a profitable growth by identifying pursuing and closing new business opportunities whilst prioritizing market segments,
  • manage a team of 20FTE+ sales professionals, create a positive and motivating environment to drive high performance,
  • set ambitious sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals, monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary,
  • drive sales activities as per short and long-term objectives, and regularly report on progress to the senior management team,
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders,
  • work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing and lead generation programs,
  • collaborate with the product development team to understand customer needs and provide feedback for product development.

Requirements:

  • minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales and business development with IT Products / Platforms / Systems,
  • minimum 4 years of experience in managing a sales team,
  • strong focus on results, target driven, curious and ambitious,
  • excellent ability to build and maintain relationships,
  • excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
