  • Wystawianie faktur sprzedaży;
  • Koordynacja akceptacji faktur zakupu i archiwizacja dokumentów;
  • Raportowanie i uzgadnianie sald gotówkowych;
  • Weryfikacja dokumentów pod kątem podatku VAT i CIT, sporządzanie deklaracji podatkowych;
  • Weryfikacja, klasyfikacja i księgowanie faktur;
  • Przygotowywanie przelewów i księgowanie wyciągów bankowych;
  • Księgowanie list płac;
  • Rozliczanie rozrachunków publicznoprawnych i rozrachunków z kontrahentami;
  • Prowadzenie ewidencji środków trwałych.
 
  • Wykształcenie wyższe: finanse, ekonomia, rachunkowość;
  • Znajomość podstawowych zasad rachunkowości i przepisów podatkowych (VAT, CIT);
  • Doświadczenie w pracy na stanowisku analogicznym;
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym (B2);
  • Znajomość języka polskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym (B2);
  • Samodzielność, rzetelność, odpowiedzialność.
 
  • Umowa o pracę: 3 miesiące, kolejna umowa do ustalenia;
  • Praca stacjonarna w biurze na Śródmieściu;
  • Praca w godzinach 8-16 lub 9-17;
  • Dofinansowanie do aktywności sportowej.
  • Prywatna opieka medyczna.
  • Lekcje języka angielskiego.
