ServiceNow Developer with ITSM

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to start remote international cooperation in July.

As a SNOW Developer, you will play a critical role in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM modules. Your daily duties will include developing client scripts, business rules, and UI actions and configuring data policies, access controls, and integration solutions. 

What do we expect from you?

  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certificate
  • Experience in configuring and customizing ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript
  • Experience in creating and managing business rules and client scripts.
  • Experience in configuring ACLs to manage data access and security.
  • Knowledge of defining and enforcing data policies and performing data uploads.
  • Familiarity with using Integration Hub for integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
  • Experience in analyzing and redesigning processes to be digitized on the Now Platform.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (C1/C2)

What will you do with us? 

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow features:
    • Client Script Configuration
    • Access Control List (ACL) Configuration
    • UI Action Configuration (creating custom buttons for improved user experience)
    • Data Policy Definition and Enforcement (maintaining data quality)
    • Data Uploads and Integrity Management (supporting ITSM processes)
    • Integration Hub Management (connecting ServiceNow with external systems)
  • Ensure configurations align with business needs and technical standards
  • Analyze current ITSM processes for improvement opportunities
  • Maintain awareness of ServiceNow portal configuration to support self-service functionalities
  • Test all configurations and developments for functionality and performance
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, scripts, and workflows
  • Work closely with ITSM process owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
