Proces rekrutacyjny: rozmowa telefoniczna z ITFS (ok. 20 min.) → rozmowy techniczna Klientem → podjęcie decyzji

responsibilities :
Kierowanie rozwojem i wdrażaniem skomplikowanych procesów biznesowych. Wiąże się to również z analizą wymagań biznesowych na wszystkich etapach rozwoju.
Możliwość kierowania zespołem konsultantów podczas projektów lub projektowania architektury rozwiązań ServiceNow.

requirements-expected :
Znakomita znajomość architektury NowPlatform z minimum 4-letnim doświadczeniem w module HRSD ze zrozumieniem procesów HR
Doświadczenie w dostosowywaniu produktów, integracji, wdrożenia lub utrzymania
Co najmniej 4-letnie doświadczenie we wdrażaniu ServiceNow (w tym we wdrażaniu rozwiązań finansowych)
Certyfikat Advanced ServiceNow CAD lub CIS
Udokumentowane doświadczenie w co najmniej dwóch językach programowania (JavaScript, C#, Java lub inne)
Udokumentowane doświadczenie i zaawansowana znajomość ITSM i GRC
Znajomość rozporządzeń i dyrektyw Unii Europejskiej dotyczących usług finansowych (w tym znajomość norm DORA)
Możliwość mapowania wymagań DORA na funkcjonalności ServiceNow GRC i SecOps.
Doświadczenie w przeprowadzaniu ocen ryzyka i zarządzaniu zgodnością w ramach ServiceNow.
Dobra znajomość metodyk ITIL i Agile
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. C1
