We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Strategy Consultant  ready to join us and support senior colleagues in leveraging digital technologies to make a real impact on our clients’ business. The ideal candidate for this position should be  creative, curiousand technology savvy . We are looking for creative minds who are eager to use their talents to solve strategic business problems . Our Brand & Marketing Advisory team works on the edge of  marketing, communication, strategy, design and technology ; hence we are looking for specialists who are able to flexibly apply their critical thinking capability in the rapidly changing environment. 

Qualifications: 

-  Graduate ofbusiness (economics, management, finance) or data analytics studies (however we are also open to other majors if you believe to have the rightskillset and attitude).

- At least 1 year of experience in strategic roles in consulting, advertising and brand agencies, media houses or in business (Client side).

- Critical and strategic thinking with analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems, justifyown point of view, but also flexibility to look at issues from different perspectives.

- Functional knowledge or passion in branding, communication and new digital technologies. 

- Proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken communication).

- Abilityto work effectively with people from different areas in the organisation (strategy, technology, design). 

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (more advanced analytical tools will be highly appreciated). 

Moreover, the following will be an advantage: 

- Working experience alongside developers and designers – it will not be your core responsibility, but the ability to understand such issues is a plus. 



Your future role Digital Marketing Consultant is a junior level position where you’ll be asked to participate in strategic projects in the fields of brand, communication and martech strategies. Marketing Strategists will work within the organisation to  identify unmet needs, goals, opportunities and challengesof various units of the Clients’ business .

Here’s a sample of what you can experience: 

- You will be working side-by-side with our team and taking charge of different aspectsof the project – that is why your strong engagement is crucial for us.

- You will be facing marketing-related challenges that require openness to the customers’ needs, but also creativityin approaching the tasks.

- You will prepare materials that support gathering and analysing information, formulating and testing hypothesesand finally translating analyses into strategic directions  –  the content prepared by you will be leveraged and that is why your Excel, PowerPoint and analytical skills are important. 

- You will have the opportunity to present your findings to the team members and further client stakeholders, assist in execution of your recommendations – that is why your interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

- You will work with different teams across our and client organisation, including strategy, technology, and design representatives. You will have a chance to gain experience and try yourself in each of these fields – that is why your ability to work effectively with people in all functional areas in the organisation is relevant.
