Our internal client, SGP-Sorting Group Poland, has been supporting companies in ensuring the highest quality of the products they produce since 2006. It specializes in the selection, classification, repair of parts and components as well as finished products. It employs and trains employees in all areas of the economy. Due to continuous development, we are looking for a person to join the team as: Recruitment and Operations Coordinator.

Role Description

In this role, you'll be tasked with the recruitment and selection of candidates, providing care and coordination for our employees. You will also be responsible for arranging transportation for candidates, liaising with companies and agencies in Colombia, assisting in documentation and legalizing work, and translating documents and training material for employees.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (knowledge of Polish would be a significant advantage)
  • Category B driving license
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
