  • Manage the accurate and timely filing of tax returns, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax, and other relevant taxes across various jurisdictions in the EMEA region.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, such as finance, legal, and business units, to provide tax advice and support on various business activities, transactions, and projects.
  • Create and implement tax planning strategies that minimize tax obligations while ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations throughout the EMEA region.
  • Identify and assess tax risks and opportunities, develop strategies to mitigate risks, and effectively manage potential impacts.
  • Efficiently review or finalize all tax inputs into the Group's consolidated financials for budgeting, re-forecasting, and mid-year and year-end tax processes.
  • Ensure transfer pricing documentation meets local regulatory requirements and aligns with global transfer pricing policies and standards.
  • Oversee tax audits and disputes initiated by tax authorities in the EMEA region, responding to inquiries, providing necessary documentation, and negotiating settlements when required.
  • Accurately record and control all tax liabilities in the EMEA region, actively managing the cash tax position.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and tax authorities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of working experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in additional languages spoken within the EMEA region (nice to have).
  • Experience working in a multinational company or professional services firm (nice to have)
