We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lead, EMEA Payroll to join our Global HRIS & Payroll team. Reporting to our Manager, Global Payroll, this role is Krakow, Poland (remote).

Your Day to Day:

Oversee and direct day-to-day payroll procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of EMEA payroll. Maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency of payroll operations within EMEA region and in alignment with global standards. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations within EMEA region. Partner with other EMEA functional leads to ensure the accuracy of all payroll data including all aspects of record-keeping, withholding, reporting, reconciliation, and auditing. Work closely with external payroll vendors to maintain positive relationships to support ongoing collaboration. Provide training and mentoring to the EMEA operational payroll team. Ensure employee inquiries are promptly resolved within EMEA region. Review EMEA payroll reports and ensure accurate and timely filing with appropriate governmental authorities. Support payroll-related special projects, including payroll system implementations, process improvements and integration of new countries and entities. Execute EMEA operational controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for the EMEA payroll team.

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive payroll experience with at least 5 years in a lead or supervisory role overseeing EMEA payroll. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or other similar international certification preferred.
