Associate Director Business Process Owner

Join our Business Process Management and Optimization team in the Biopharmaceuticals Clinical Operations organisation. You will work collaboratively with Functional Process and/or Subject Matter Experts across all relevant departments, ensuring that processes are developed and handled effectively and efficiently. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to our partners while remaining aligned with regulatory requirements (primarily ICH-GCP).
What you will do:
The role will consist of the following main aspects;
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience; At least 3-5 years’ experience within a pharmaceutical or clinical background; High level of business process knowledge and/or lean methodologies; Demonstrated project management skills and proven skills to deliver to time, cost and quality in large scale complex projects; Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills, negotiations, presentation, knowledge transfer, problem solving, conflict management and interpersonal skills; Experience in working successfully and collaboratively with external and global partners delivering mutual benefits; Ability to identify opportunities, lead and foster cross-functional collaboration and to work across boundaries;When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That’s why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office.
