With extensive media and digital teams embedded throughout the organisation, we measure both our business and our societal impact. Our global teams lead on our overarching brand strategy, brand guardianship and innovation pipeline in close partnership with R&D. Leaving our local marketing teams to deliver on our regional goals in partnership with our Sales teams.

About the role

Immerse yourself in the dynamic world of marketing with Reckitt, a frontrunner in health, hygiene, and nutrition products. We're on the lookout for a nimble and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our marketing teams, propelling our trusted brands to new heights. In this bustling role, you'll be the backbone of our team, mastering the art of coordination and communication to keep our projects and people on track. Ready to be at the heart of the action? Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Serve as the connector between the manager and a spectrum of stakeholders, filtering calls and correspondence effectively.
- Tactically manage the diary, orchestrating meetings and appointments with precision.
- Seamlessly arrange travel details, ensuring every trip is error free.
- Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and briefs to support decision making and strategy.
- Maintain an exemplary office filing system, reinforcing our commitment to order and efficiency.

The experience we're looking for

- Well-versed in office management systems and top-notch MS Office skills.
- Expertise in juggling multiple priorities and exemplary organisational talents.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with an eye for detail.
- Experience of the need for discretion, safeguarding confidential information.
- Customer service zeal, innovation enthusiasm, and a heart for sustainability.
