Description
:You will be supporting Legal Function in managing legal and compliance risk and administrative work. This is an unique opportunity to work directly with Head of Legal EEU and be involved in local and global projects. We offer paid internship with the possibility to work remotely or from the office located in the heart of Kraków, on Pawia street, or in Warsaw (Międzylesie).
Your responsibilities
Amending internal procedures
Drafting and verification of documents (contracts, statements, resolutions)
Validation of translations
Risk assessment
Due diligence
Conducting research and preparing presentations and reports
Data entry
Compliance and legal research
Your background
You are a currently enrolled (3rd year or higher) university student or graduate - Law, Administration, Management, Compliance, Information Management or International Business studies preferred
You are interested in a career as a Paralegal / Legal Assistant
You have excellent knowledge of Polish and English language (legal vocabulary)
You are responsible, diligent, organized and have strong analytical and communication skills
Relevant legal or administration experience will be a plus
