W ramach globalnej transformacji organizacyjnej poszukujemy Finance Global Process Leada do międzynarodowej firmy z branży retail. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za wsparcie regionalnego centrum biznesowego, które skupia wszystkie procesy księgowe i finansowe dla kluczowych dla organizacji regionów – Europy, Ameryki, Azji i Chin.

 Opis stanowiska

Jako Finance Global Process Lead będziesz odpowiedzialny za zarządzanie i optymalizację procesów finansowych. Twoja rola obejmie standaryzację oraz ciągłe doskonalenie procesów, a także ścisłą współpracę z kluczowymi działami, takimi jak IT, HR czy logistyka. Będziesz koordynować wdrażanie cyfryzacji, automatyzacji i usprawnień, aby zapewnić wysoką jakość, spójność i elastyczność usług finansowych na poziomie globalnym.

Kluczowe obowiązki:
  • Zarządzanie procesami i ich doskonalenie: Nadzorowanie i usprawnianie procesów finansowych, dbanie o ich efektywność, automatyzację i zgodność z lokalnymi wymogami.
  • Współpraca z interesariuszami: Utrzymywanie bliskiej współpracy z zespołami finansowymi, IT, HR oraz globalnym kierownictwem, aby zapewnić spójność i skuteczną realizację procesów.
  • Kierowanie zespołem: Kierowanie zespołem specjalistów, wspieranie ich rozwoju i inspirowanie do osiągania wspólnych celów.
  • Zarządzanie zmianą: Wdrażanie nowych technologii i procesów, wspierając ich adaptację i płynne przejście do struktury GBS.
  • Zarządzanie ryzykiem i zgodnością: Zapewnienie, że wszystkie procesy finansowe są zgodne z regulacjami i standardami, oraz identyfikowanie i eliminowanie potencjalnych ryzyk.
Wymagania:
  • Wykształcenie wyższe z zakresu finansów, rachunkowości lub pokrewne.
  • Minimum 8 lat doświadczenia w finansach, w tym co najmniej 2-3 lata na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołami w środowisku GBS/SSC.
  • Znajomość metodologii usprawniania procesów (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Znajomość narzędzi ERP (SAP) oraz systemów automatyzacji procesów.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
