Job Description

Summer Trainee is a short-term paid internship that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee, you can get your first experience and learn from the best experts in this field. The internship usually lasts 3 months from July to September. We are open to offering the best talents a chance to continue working with us. #OpenToYou.

Position: Project Management - Summer Trainee

Duration: 3 months

Location: Poland, Bydgoszcz

Date: 1.07.2025 - 30.09.2025

Education Recommendations: Project Management or related field

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

As part of our team, you will:

  • Learn about IP and Optical Solutions & tools
  • Get experience in project planning and execution
  • Improve your knowledge about technical documentation
  • Work with a mentor & team on your own project
Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • Active student status (for at least one year)
  • Good English, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to work full-time during the summer time period
  • Min. 1-2 years of academic background
  • Good understanding of technical documents written in English (networking and programming related)
  • Understanding of project planning and execution
  • Familiarity and willingness to learn more about global delivery model and international environment
  • Reporting and documentation skills using a variety of reporting packages
  • Good skills using Microsoft Office Package
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Team-player attitude
It would be nice if you also had:
  • More than moderate Excel & Visio skills
  • Understanding of ITIL framework
