Job Overview:

The Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. is seeking a qualified Human Resources Management Specialist to support the Joint Force Training Centre (JFTC) located in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process of all civilian personnel categories, including NATO 2030 Project Linked NICs employed in supported organizations.
  • Assist the HRM Branch with collecting NATO 2030 Workforce requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for products from the NATO 2030 initiative.
  • Compile and maintain personnel files and operate the Human Resources Data System (HRDS).
  • Manage the employment of all civilian personnel categories and NATO 2030 Project Linked NICs during employment.
  • Coordinate national security clearances and prepare requests for civilians.
  • Coordinate initial and annual medical examinations for all civilian personnel categories.
  • Administer leave, attendance, overtime records, and compensatory time off for all civilian personnel categories.
  • Maintain the HRM Branch suspense system to ensure timely personnel administration.
  • Assist in personnel administration, including in/out processing of all personnel.
  • Coordinate deployment preparation procedures for NICs.
  • Assist in coordination and conduct of ad-hoc workforce reviews and surveys.
  • Participate in working groups and meetings on payroll/allowances, pension, and personnel management system matters.

The above duties are intended as general illustrations of various work types that may be performed by the Contractor.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in personnel management and administration in a Human Resources department.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with effective utilisation of an automated Personnel Management system.
  • Recent professional experience within the last 4 calendar years in application of Host Nation Poland Labour Law and Social Security Legislation.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an administrative role in a recruitment support role.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, social sciences, law, or related field, public administration.
  • Native English language speaker or individual presenting very good command of spoken and written English, with a proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Clearance and Travel Requirements:

Must possess an active NATO or U.S. SECRET security clearance. Travel may be required within and outside of NATO's boundaries.
