Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Eltechnik Sp. z o.o. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and reaching sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Active acquisition of key customers in strategic industries for the company: automotive, rail, construction machinery, renewable energy, and e-mobility;
  • Sales development on EU markets taking into account sales plans, strategy, and company policy;
  • Responsibility and work with current company customers & negotiating sales terms;
  • Close cooperation with technical departments in the company and at customers';
  • Planning and participation in industry events and exhibitions;

Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development, Sales Management, and Sales Target Achievement skills;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in B2B technical sales - railway, commercial vehicles, construction, automotive & energy, e-mobility is a plus;
  • Proficiency in English, German is a plus;
  • Skills in product presentation and conducting meetings;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
