Business Segment Overview: A Swift-accredited service bureau and member, our Payments division provides NGOs, institutions and non-profits the ability to make a local difference, globally – with transparent pricing across 180+ countries and 140+ currencies.

Responsibilities

Position Purpose: The Product Owner role is key in the Product team as this role is responsible for the design and management of products and features used by the StoneX Payments teams and their clients. We are looking for an innovative and dynamic payments Product Owner to work alongside the Product Management group to build out solutions focused on revenue generation, cost- savings initiatives or an operational process improvement using the latest trends in both data management and global payment flows.

Primary duties will include:

  • Enhance Online Payments System: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define user stories for improving and scaling the online payments platform, ensuring a seamless and secure payment experience.
  • Facilitate Agile Processes: Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication of business requirements and alignment with Agile Principles.
  • Refine & Prioritize User Stories: Collaborate with the Payments Team members required to define, refine and prioritize user stories, ensuring they are well-documented, testable and meet the Definition of Ready (DoR).
  • Ensure Clarity & Acceptance Criteria: Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, reducing ambiguity for developers and testers.
  • Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement: Drive process improvements by gathering feedback, analyzing sprint retrospectives and ensuring business value is maximized in each iteration.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • Prefer a minimum of 5 years of work experience in payments and FX space, ideally with a global financial institution or a Fintech company.
  • Experience with designing digital solutions in the financial markets.
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience with the agile working method (Scrum, Kanban, etc).

Education / Certification Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Information Systems or comparable qualification or work experience and expertise in Business Analyst or Product Roles.

  • Hybrid (2 days from home, 3 days from the office) at ul. Mogilska 35 – we have private parking for employees.
