As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in qualifying potential customers, ensuring their education, and analyzing their needs.

  • Competitive salary structure:
    • Base salary: 4000-5000 PLN net (depending on experience).
    • Monthly commissions on closed deals (~1500-2000 PLN net).
    • Monthly bonuses for exceeding targets (300-1200 PLN net).
    • Quarterly bonuses for the most engaged team members (500-1000 PLN net).

What Your Typical Day Will Look Like:

  • Your main responsibility will be phone contact with potential clients, as well as outreach via email and LinkedIn.
  • Your primary goal will be to schedule demo meetings with eCommerce business owners.
  • You will be responsible for achieving sales targets.
  • You will help build brand awareness for edrone in the eCommerce industry.

This Role Is Perfect for You If:

  • You have some experience in sales with set targets—ideally through phone calls or sales meetings.
  • You have a strong personality, determination, and an open mind focused on achieving results. Since we make a lot of calls daily, these traits are essential
  • You are comfortable engaging with customers, handling objections, and persistently pursuing goals.
  • You value independence and initiative—ownership is our second name
  • You are passionate about eCommerce and eager to grow in sales (we provide monthly training & continuous support).
  • You have a good command of English (at least B1 level) and Polish at least C2 level.

Recruitment Process:

  1. Online interview with Recruiter Milena Micor, where we want to get to know you better.
  2. Office Interview with Sales Development Team Leader Beata Kowalczyk and SDR Trainer Bartosz Tarnowski.
  3. Short online sales roleplay.
  4. Final decision & Welcome on board
