About This Job

As a client-facing professional, you will be responsible for designing the operational structure of our client offering, ensuring it meets clients' needs while maintaining a sustainable presence in the marketplace.

You will collaborate with commercial teams and clients to discuss operational requirements, advising on solutions that meet their needs.

Key Challenges:

  • You will serve as a liaison between clients and operations teams, translating client expectations into work orders and coordinating production teams to deliver high-quality data that meets client expectations.
  • You will maintain regular communication with clients and commercial teams to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • You will drive discussions around specification limitations and technical possibilities on client requests.
  • You will support business growth by leading effective discussions with clients and internal stakeholders, introducing them to innovations and improvements that enhance their databases and drive revenue.
  • You will suggest proactive solutions to simplify, improve, and make client database care more cost-efficient.
  • You will coordinate and provide support on client queries regarding data quality, keeping clients informed about implementation status.

Your Profile:

  • You are a confident and enthusiastic individual capable of managing a varied workload independently.
  • Hold a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Economy, Marketing, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in English and one additional language (German, French, Spanish).
  • Demonstrate an understanding of operational end-to-end processes and ability to translate business expectations into technical specifications.
  • Show excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a 'Can-Do' attitude and results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and understanding of market data, such as Market Shares, Sales Units, and Sales Value.
