Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted cold calling to generate high-quality leads from businesses of all sizes
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in IT/software procurement through various channels
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or webinars for Sales Managers
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to refine strategies and convert leads into customers
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate lead and client data in the CRM system for optimized follow-up
Who We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, outbound sales, or call centers
  • Strong cold calling & lead generation skills, with a track record of securing client meetings
  • Fluent Polish speaker (C1 or higher) with strong English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
  • Solid understanding of sales principles & CRM systems, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills
