About The Job

  • Analyze data and conduct investigations on employees identified as being suspected of internal theft and fraud as instructed by the senior analyst and Global Inventory & Profit Protection Manager.
  • The holder of this position is expected to proactively seek out their own investigations using all available tools.
  • Recommend improvements to policy or operational changes resulting from weaknesses identified from data analysis and investigations.
  • Support the Global Inventory & Profit Protection Manager.
  • Work to reduce risk to the business and support the drive to mitigate financial risk.
  • Be an expert in identifying operational, financial, and administrative risks associated with known and unknown loss.
  • Develop strong external relationships to understand current retail risks and emerging risks.
  • Create strong external relationships with suppliers, retailers & experts to maintain a balanced focus internally and externally when benchmarking.
  • Understand how the KPIs and other supplementary Profit Protection reports are produced and issued to business stakeholders.
About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
  • University degree in economy (e.g., Finances, Accounting) or Data Analysis.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, functions, macros).
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong English language and communication skills.
  • Overall awareness of fraud prevention.
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and a can-do attitude.
