Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Generating and distributing accurate and timely invoices to clients based on services provided, terms, and agreements.
  2. Verifying billing information, including contract terms, pricing, and discounts, to ensure accuracy before invoicing.
  3. Monitoring and tracking client payments, following up on outstanding invoices, and resolving payment discrepancies.
  4. Managing cash collection processes by following up with clients on outstanding invoices, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments to maintain a healthy cash flow for Vialto.
  5. Maintaining client accounts in the SAP system and updating billing records with changes in contract terms, pricing, or other relevant information.

Our requirements:

  1. English language at least B2 level, spoken and written.
  2. Very good analytical skills.
  3. Positive attitude towards learning and acquiring new processes.
  4. Taking responsibility for assigned tasks and delivering work on time.
  5. Proactive attitude and teamwork skills.
  6. Openness to international cooperation.
  7. Practical ability to work in MS Excel is desirable.
  8. Knowledge of Google Workspace tools is preferred.
