Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in QA testing, preferably with robotic systems or similar hardware.
  • Proven experience in leading QA teams and defining testing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and automation frameworks.
  • Experience with ROS2 (Robot Operating System) for simulation testing.
  • Proficiency in Python for writing test scripts and automation.
  • Familiarity with IA Robots is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multi-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and collaborators.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the test strategy for robotic arm system testing, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform and coordinate manual and automated tests, including boundary testing, accuracy testing, speed movement testing, and obstacle avoidance testing.
  • Apply ROS2 simulator for comprehensive robotic movement testing.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python.
  • Prepare and review detailed test reports and documentation for each test scenario.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to identify, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate testing efforts on Industrial Automation Robots (UR5e), ensuring system performance and compatibility.
  • Mentor and guide the QA team, promoting standard methodologies and continuous improvements in testing processes.
