A new opportunity lays in front of your eyes In cooperation with our partner, a leading Swiss company working in the food industry, we are building a team of 5 specialists that will help the company develop their digital workspace. The company has a strong international presence; they are known for innovation, quality, and supplying some of the world's most recognized brands. For this job posting, we are looking for a Digital Workplace Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain the company's Microsoft 365-based digital workplace environment. This role is crucial in ensuring employees have a seamless, secure, and efficient digital workspace that enhances productivity and collaboration. 100% remote is possible.

You can earn this150 – 175 PLN/h (on a B2B contract)
- Windows Client OS Management – Oversee and maintain the Windows 10/11 client environment.
- Microsoft 365 Administration – Manage and optimize tools including Intune, Office, Outlook, Teams (including Teams UC), Viva, Windows Virtual Desktop, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Defender.
- Standard Image Maintenance – Maintain and update Windows 10/11 device images for security and consistency.
- OS Updates & Patching – Deploy patches and updates using Microsoft Intune and Tanium to ensure system security and stability.
- Windows 11 Migration – Develop and lead the global Windows 11 upgrade project, ensuring smooth implementation and compatibility.
- Device & Application Management – Manage mobile devices and software deployment using Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance and security.
- Legacy System Modernization – Drive the decommissioning of outdated OS installations such as Windows 7.
- Technical Support & Collaboration – Provide guidance and support to IT colleagues while contributing to global IT infrastructure projects.
- Performance Monitoring – Continuously monitor and improve system performance for an optimized digital workplace.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate global environment.
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 – Strong knowledge of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Fluent (written and verbal) in English.
- Microsoft 365 & Security Tools – Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoints, and third-party security tools like Tanium.
- Modern Device & Application Management – Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for endpoint security, compliance, and software distribution.
- Project Leadership – Experience in leading OS migration projects and deploying enterprise-wide IT solutions.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)
- ITIL, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
