Group Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for experienced Group Human Resources Specialist to join our team and support our Group functions. The Group Human Resources Specialist will provide administrative support in the day-to-day Human Resources processes as well as provide help with planning and coordination of all related activities.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Works closely with Group Human Resources Business Partner and Group Human Resources Generalist on a wide range of Human Resources related activities and projects.
  2. Assist them in development of HR policies related to compensation, KPIs, performance management and other people related procedures.
  3. Executes employee lifecycle related administrative tasks (e.g. personal documents, onboarding process, exit interviews etc.)
  4. Helping in the annual performance review process and employee engagement survey.
  5. Assists in recruitment, and interviews and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
  6. Collaborates with Group Human Resources Generalist and Group Human Resources Business Partner to understand skills and competencies required for open positions.
  7. Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuous education, and work assessments.
  8. Prepares HR communication materials and provides work-related support to employees.
  9. Responsible for sharing the appropriate information related to Human Resources processes with internal and external partners.
  10. Provides support in projects related to employee engagement, remuneration, learning and/or development, training, and relationships amongst employees.
  11. Maintains personnel records and Human Resources documents.
  12. Provides support in the preparation of monthly reports, and analysis of data.
Our requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in related job roles
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  7. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  10. Agile approach towards projects (openness, flexibility)
  11. Firm personality for constructive argumentative dialogue and conflict resolution.
  12. The ability to understand, act, build trust and productive working relationships in multicultural business environment.
  13. Readiness to travel.
