Sustainability Manager

Lead the Group's corporate sustainability initiatives by implementing a comprehensive sustainability strategy, aiming to achieve significant environmental impact reduction.

  • Develop and implement a sustainable framework for the organization, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and execute initiatives that minimize environmental footprint and improve sustainability ratings.
  • Maintain and report on key sustainability metrics, including energy consumption, waste generation, and greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to promote sustainability awareness and foster partnerships driving positive social and environmental impacts.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement PRISM (sustainability strategy) by 2030, integrating it into the company's operations and culture.
  2. Enhance the Group's sustainability reputation through improved ratings, certifications, and accreditations.
  3. Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and strategies to enhance sustainability performance.
  4. Manage budgets and costs related to sustainability initiatives, ensuring financial viability.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of sustainability throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or business; Master's preferred.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Sustainability Professional) desirable.
  • 5+ years in sustainability management with leadership experience.
  • Expertise in sustainability initiatives, frameworks, and environmental compliance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Decision-making, integrity, and trust.
  • Process management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, provide feedback, and adapt to change.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time employment contract/B2B.
  • Monday to Friday work hours: 7:00-15:00/8:00-16:00/9:00-17:00.
