You'll collaborate with colleagues from around the world, gaining exposure to a broad base of expertise and perspectives.

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to expand our presence in the Process & Energy sector in Central and Eastern Europe.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities to grow revenue with existing customers through robust account plans and cross-selling.
  • Expanding Belden's presence in the Process & Energy sector by engaging directly with potential new customers and channel partners.
  • Creating a comprehensive market landscape for the Process & Energy vertical in Central and Eastern Europe, highlighting areas of potential success for Belden.
  • Developing and executing winning sales strategies, managing sales funnels, and achieving revenue targets.

Skillset required:

  • Educational background:Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience with a strong commercial focus.
  • Professional experience:Proven track record in sales within the Process & Energy sector, with specific expertise in data and network solutions.
  • International exposure:Experience in a medium-to-large international organization, working in a matrix environment and with cross-functional teams.
  • Agile mindset:Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and metric-driven environment.
  • Language proficiency:Fluency in English, both written and spoken and fluency in minimum one other relevant language.
