Job Title: Project Manager - Global SuccessFactors Implementation

About the Role:

ISS is embarking on a significant business transformation, and we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of our new People operating model based on a common data model and a global system of record and transaction.

Location: Warsaw or Gdansk, Poland


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and budget estimates, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  2. Resource Allocation: Identify project team members and assign responsibilities, while coordinating with department managers to allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success.
  4. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, communicating project status, updates, and key decisions through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, managing stakeholder expectations and addressing concerns or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and track budget variances, working closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and management throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers involved in project delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5-8 years of project management experience from global organizations, ideally within HRIS implementations.
  3. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems is a requirement.
  4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  7. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  8. Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana, for creating project plans, tracking progress, and managing tasks.
  9. Knowledge of IT infrastructure and technology trends, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Project Management Professional certification or equivalent preferred.
