Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Invoice Collection: Work closely with underwriting companies and general agencies to collect invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Financial Management: Assist in managing financial relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial transactions.
  3. Communication with Banks: Maintain effective communication with banks to ensure smooth financial transactions and address any banking-related inquiries.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents.
  5. Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into the accounting system, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  6. Reporting: Generate regular financial reports to keep the management informed about the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
  3. Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  5. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Schedule:

The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm (EST).

Trial Period:

The selected candidate will undergo a trial period of 2 months. During this time, we will assess your performance and suitability for the role.
