Key Responsibilities- Lead Agile Delivery Teams as Delivery Manager and Scrum Master
- Facilitate delivery of products using Agile principles and methodologies
- Create necessary Scrum artifacts, track features and stories throughout the development lifecycle
- Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, manage risk, and drive improvement
- Ensure projects meet specific standards at each stage of the process
- Schedule project discovery, requirements gathering, peer reviews, stakeholder reviews, legal and compliance sign-offs, project statuses, and other meetings
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years experience leading Agile teams as Scrum Master or Product Owner roles
- Proven experience in project management role, deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities
This role will be responsible for guiding and mentoring teams and individuals in adopting and implementing our Agile Model. As the Team's Delivery Manager, this role will plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives running through the Team's roadmap and help escalate impediments, manage risk, and drive program-level continuous improvement.
This role requires strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (CAC), or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) are highly desirable. Experience working in large-scale Agile environments or with distributed teams is also a plus.
The ideal candidate must be able to work overlapping hours between local teams and with US-based teams and stakeholders. Former work experience in Software Development or other technical area of expertise is preferred.
