Agile Methodology. In the majority of our projects we work in Scrum with a Scrum Master on board who coordinates the workflow between the team and the client. We work in Jira, the most popular tool to handle requirements management and meticulously plan Sprints.

For anyone interested, twice a week we hold English classes with a native speaker, who helps us feel more confident with our speaking capabilities and develop our language skills.

We know how important the work-life balance is for your wellbeing, which is why we have flexible working hours. You can start work anytime between 7:00 and 10:00 in the morning. If you have to leave work early or have any kind of emergency and need a break during working hours, we'll find a solution to that as well.

Every employee gets a training budget, which they can use for thematic events such as conferences, meetups in Poland and around the world, as well as training and certification.

Multisport. Many of our employees like to spend their time actively and we help them in doing so by co-funding a Multisport card.

Wide selection of coffees. For those who can't imagine starting their day without coffee, we have a wide selection of coffees. For fans of alternative brewing methods, we have drip and aeropress, as well as dedicated specialty coffees from various roasters.

Monthly integration meetings. We're a great team and not only in a professional sense. Internal workshops. We understand the importance of practice, which is why we also have Internal Workshops, at which we work on improving our practical skills. Funroom with gaming equipment. A well rested mind is an efficient mind. If you find playing on Xbox or competing in foosball relaxing, we have good news for you. At our office you'll find access to all kinds of entertainment that you can enjoy while at work, including billiards, ping-pong, board games, chess, Xbox, and football table. We also organize regular board games meet-ups.

Courses and books base. We have a continuously growing knowledge base for all our employees to access at any time they want. In this base you'll find various books, courses, and training recordings. If there's anything missing you can also ask for something to be ordered either for the whole office or just for you if you want to use your training budget for it.

Gym and personal trainer. Regardless of the time of day, our gym is available for full use. We also cooperate with a personal trainer, who helps to arrange a training plan and individually monitors progress.
