Talent Acquisition Specialist

Functional Area: Human Resources

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and report global recruiting activities cross-regional in close cooperation with HR managers and Center managers.
  2. Manage full cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, reviewing of CVs, conducting interviews, interview co-ordination, offer management and negotiation, reference checks, background checks & onboarding processes.
  3. Manage B. Braun Global Center appearance on job boards or relevant communities.
  4. Recommend recruiting channels and methods.
  5. Help to develop a fitting workforce approach for our specialists (Infrastructure, benefits etc.).
  6. Analyze retention and engagement of talents and recommend corrective actions.
  7. Deliver insights for employer campaigns and conduct these.
  8. Work closely with international functional leads to understand candidate profiles.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree with at least 2-3 years of professional experience.
  2. Full cycle recruitment experience within an agency/search firm is preferable.
  3. Expert knowledge of recruitment, focusing on digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at least C1).
  5. Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
  6. Excellent and open communication skills to all hierarchies, talents, and customers.
  7. Exceptional drive and motivation to achieve hiring goals.
