We are looking for Wind Turbine Technician for Vertikal Service - Archer Company.

About company:

Archer provides oil and drilling services and also cooperate with customers in the oil and gas industry. The engineering office in Gdańsk was established in 2022 and is developing dynamically. The Polish branch of Archer is located in the Alchemia office complex in Gdańsk Przymorze. We have modern and comfortable office. Atmosphere is very important in our company, so we care about each other.

Vertical Service has projects in oil and gas, wind, and hydropower. Has many exciting projects underway and is therefore seeking wind technicians for projects in Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Denmark. As a wind technician, you will work in the field in teams of 2-3 people, handling the practical planning and execution of ordered services. You will also play an important role in ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Vertical Service's current HSE policy, values, and ongoing campaigns. It is expected that you contribute to a strong HSE culture.
  • Familiarize yourself with relevant customer procedures as well as Vertical Service's project-specific procedures and checklists.
  • Contribute to the efficient, safe, and precise completion of turbine service.
  • Maintain oversight of tools and material requirements.

Experience:

  • Turbine-specific training from Siemens Gamesa or Vestas, or
  • Relevant trade certificate in electrical and/or mechanical fields.
  • GWO BST (Basic Safety Training).
  • GWO BTT (Basic Technical Training).
  • Driver's license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or one of the Scandinavian languages.
  • Good general IT competence.

  • Structured, analytical and proactive work attitude.
  • High integrity to business compliance.
  • Be capable of structured and independent working.
