Senior IT Infrastructure ManagerResponsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Manage and optimize cloud-based solutions (AWS, Office 365) and ensure integration with on-premises infrastructure.
  • Develop, implement and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) in line with cloud services.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Implement security measures and conduct regular audits.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring efficient operations and service availability.
  • Organize training programs and development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of the IT team, ensuring continuous professional growth.
  • Plan and oversee IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion, aligning them with business goals.
  • Develop and manage budget by optimizing costs and ensure service quality.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, generate reports and implement improvements.
Key skills
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, MS Exchange, SharePoint, MS Projects, Entra-ID, Power BI), AWS, and Google Cloud.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities: hiring, managing, and retaining a team of talented technology professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have:
  • Previous experience with data center and IT networks.
  • Previous experience as a System Architect/Senior System Administrator (Microsoft/Linux).
