Senior IT Infrastructure Professional

Overview of the Role:

This position is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our corporate IT infrastructure. As a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for system incidents and work closely with other teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solving and escalating system incidents in accordance with defined Service Levels
  • Analyzing and investigating alerts, warnings, and errors generated by our corporate IT systems, applications, and infrastructure components
  • Performing operational tasks related to corporate IT infrastructure, including Remote Infrastructure Management
  • Collaborating with other support teams across the organization to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of our Knowledge Base

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support, with a strong technical background in one or more areas such as Windows Servers, Unix/Linux, Virtualization (VMWare), Storage, and Databases (MS SQL, Oracle)
  • Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and its various components
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong team-working and stress-management skills
  • A willingness to continuously learn and improve
