Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models
  2. Utilize Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
  3. Work with vector embeddings and perform prompt engineering
  4. Implement AI solutions on Azure
  5. Apply NLP techniques using BERT, GPT, or Transformer models
  6. Ensure AI models adhere to trusted AI practices
  7. Collaborate with software engineering and operations teams
  8. Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
  2. In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques
  3. Knowledge and experience in Generative AI
  4. Proficiency in Python programming language, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
  5. Ability to work with vector embeddings and perform prompt engineering
  6. Experience with Azure
  7. Strong understanding of NLP techniques and frameworks such as BERT, GPT, or Transformer models
  8. Expertise in data engineering, including data curation, cleaning, and preprocessing
  9. Knowledge of trusted AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI models and systems
  10. Strong collaboration with software engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI models
  11. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels
  13. Track record of driving innovation and staying updated with the latest AI research and advancements
  14. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  15. Drive DevOps and MLOps practices, covering continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI
  16. Utilize tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Git to build and manage AI pipelines
  17. Implement monitoring and logging tools to ensure AI model performance and reliability
  18. Experience with ElasticDB or similar for data storage and retrieval
