1) NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Network Administrator with a technical background to manage and maintain computer networks and systems for our client, based in Poland. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with experience in software, mainframes, VPNs, communications devices, and mission-critical hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain computer networks and systems, including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware.
  • Install and configure network equipment to update or resolve hardware or software issues.
  • Update virus protection software to ensure data and communication security.
  • Monitor computer systems to enhance network performance for computer systems and networks.
  • Communicate networking issues to employees and management, with a focus on training new users.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware configuration issues for users, either on-demand or through system inspections.

Requirements

Skills and Behaviours

  • Knowledge of networking services and common networking protocols.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and understanding various types of hardware.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Education and Experience

  • 4 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Degree and/or certification in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with government agencies such as the Department of Energy, the Department of Defense, and the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

2) FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Service Representative (FSR) with a technical background or technical experience to facilitate the training and maintenance of electronic devices and systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with outstanding leadership, implementation, and deployment of mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues related to the integration and operation of company products. Provide technical guidance and advice in evaluating product problems and offer technical assistance to customers.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the company's products or services in the field. This may include installation, commissioning, training, and repair of equipment or systems.
  • Coordinate with other teams, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues. Ensure that all operational events are captured and recorded in relevant systems to support data-gathering activities.
  • Be prepared to travel on short notice, both domestically and internationally, to support campaigns and customer requests. This may involve unaccompanied deployments to OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) locations for extended periods.
  • Prepare and provide service reports based on site analysis and inspection. Ensure that all operational events are captured and recorded in relevant systems to support data-gathering activities.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the company's products and systems, including fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems. Stay updated with the latest product information and technical developments.

  • Degree and/or certification in a relevant field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience with a suite of sensors or detection systems or advanced sensor development.
