We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support three directors (Senior Directors & Director) in the Customer Experience Center (EMEA). The person in this role will be responsible for:

  • Managing schedules,
  • Organizing meetings,
  • Coordinating travel,
  • Other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Experience working in an international environment or large corporation is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the calendars of three directors and scheduling meetings.
  • Tracking and monitoring task lists resulting from team meetings.
  • Handling a large volume of emails, filtering, and redirecting information according to priorities.
  • Planning and coordinating meetings and special events, including onsite meetings.
  • Organizing complex business trips, including visa applications.
  • Timely processing of expenses in accordance with company policy.
  • Preparing key documents and reports for directors' review.
  • Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations.
