Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze SAP users in SAP S/4HANA on-premise systems and sometimes via SAP4Me
  • Categorize users along authorization objects
  • Consult Robert Bosch entities and SAP projects regarding user access rights
  • Consolidate and cluster SAP users across on-premise and cloud systems
  • Document and collect data for Bosch internal charging purposes
  • Consult and create directives and regulations related to user management
  • Produce monthly system measurements for SAP license charging
  • Analyze charged SAP license prices and perform retro calculations
  • Document charged prices/user volumes in a dashboard
Requirements:
  • Experience in SAP license management
  • Basic knowledge of SAP system
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Technical affinity and understanding
  • Motivation to learn new things
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken)
