Your main objective is to support FedEx with the global customer migration process that covers adapting customer pricing setup and enabling a smooth transition from one company's Opco environment to another.
Within that process, you will be focused on executing provided tooling/systems to develop the best pricing offer, according to the rules and procedures defined.

What you will be doing:

Key Activities/Accountabilities of the role include:

  1. Apply your analytical skills to thoroughly evaluate quantitative information.
  2. Apply extensive Excel skills to execute migration Excel based tool (Pivot tables, Vlookups, Hlookups + VBA as a great addition to your skills).
  3. Collaborate with other pricing analysts to provide the outcome from the tool execution and discuss main points of the new pricing setup.
  4. Identify areas of improvement within the tool, give recommendations, and adjust accordingly.
  5. Advise across the team on findings within the tool on possible development areas and potential errors to be addressed to overall improve process efficiency.
  6. Support processing migration requests in a dedicated pricing system.
  7. Become a pricing expert within the customer migration area to support the company effort on completing cross-functional projects in a timely manner.

What do you bring with you:

The ideal candidate would have:

  1. University Education (or equivalent through experience).
  2. Experience in Commercial, Finance, Pricing or Marketing environment (or other relevant area).
  3. Strong analytical (numeric & strategic) and process thinking capabilities.
  4. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (ability to use Excel functions like: Vlookups, Hlookups, Pivot tables, Pivot slicers, Match, Index).
  5. VBA skills seen as added value.
  6. Python skills seen as added value.
  7. Fluent in English (spoken and written) as a minimum requirement.
  8. Good communication skills: ability to clearly communicate complex data findings and insights from the migration tool to define final offer accordingly.
  9. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
