As Junior Retail Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Retail Activation Planning & Execution: Developing and implementing trade plans, monitoring market share and sell-out, managing online and offline consumer journeys, and handling GWP/sample orders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Acting as a partner of Area Managers and Key Account Managers, managing product launches and retail stock, and organizing store visits for L'Oréal Luxe teams.
  • Retail Contest Management: Leading the planning and execution of retail contests, managing budgets, and tracking results.
  • New Store Openings/Renovations: Leading cross-functional teams for new store openings and renovations, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Competitive Analysis: Tracking and analyzing competitor activities monthly.

Our requirements :

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: This is essential for interacting with retailers, colleagues, and potentially customers.
  • Organizational and time management skills: Managing multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities is crucial.
  • Analytical skills: Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities is important for informed decision-making.
  • Sales acumen: Understanding sales principles and techniques is beneficial, even if the role isn't purely sales-focused.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills: The retail environment can be dynamic, so being able to adapt to changes and solve problems on the fly is important.
  • Passion for the beauty industry: A genuine interest in cosmetics and the beauty industry is generally a plus.
