YOUR TASKS- Managing a small team and ensuring the delivery of high quality service to the client.
- Ensuring that the daily activities within the team's responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely.
- Helping monitor daily workload of team addressing bottlenecks and ensuring payments are processed.
- Making decisions on process issues / queries and sensitive individual cases.
- Supporting team in process of more complex transactions and producing outputs in invoice processing, T&E, Payment, Service Desk Activities.
- At least 3 years experience in the P2P or similar area.
- Experience in people management and leading a team (team leader, backup TL, coordinator).
- At least C1 level of English.
- At least a bachelor's degree.
- Experience in MS Office tools.
- Ability to analyze end to end P2P processes.
- Multitasking, ability to organize your own work according to procedures.
