Du möchtest Teil einer Erfolgsgeschichte sein und eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Revolution des Handels spielen? Dann verstärke unser Team als Service Delivery Manager (m/w/*) für Polen & Deutschland

  • Du betreust unsere Kunden eigenständig als proaktiver Lösungspartner nach der Implementierung unserer Software.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die planmäßige Erfüllung der mit den Kunden vereinbarten Services und SLAs.
  • Du überwachst unsere SaaS-Profitabilität und -Kosten und bist verantwortlich für die Rechnungsstellung.
  • Mit unseren Kunden führst du regelmäßige Service Review Meetings durch und verbesserst unsere Serviceleistungen stetig.
  • Du bist zuständig für die Einleitung qualitätsverbessernder Maßnahmen sowie für das (Major) Incident Management gemeinsam mit Support und unseren Technical Leads.
  • Auch das Monitoring der Serviceleistung hinsichtlich Budget, Qualität und Dauer und das Review der Dienstleistungserbringung fällt in deinen Aufgabenbereich.

Damit triffst du bei uns ins Schwarze:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Informationstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Du hast bereits drei oder mehr Jahre Erfahrung als Service Delivery Manager (m/w/*) oder in einer ähnlichen Position sammeln können.
  • Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für IT-Service-Management-Prozesse (z. B. auf Basis von ITIL wie IT-Change-Management) mit.
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse mit ITSM-Tools wie z.B. Jira.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in einer Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereich und IT sammeln können.
  • Du arbeitest kundenorientiert, baust die Beziehung zu unseren Kunden auf und verbesserst diese stetig.
  • Du verfügst über Eigeninitiative sowie starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch, Englisch & Polnisch.
  • Du bringst eine grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft mit (1-2x/Monat) für Besuche bei unseren Kunden oder im Wiesbadener Büro.

Deswegen stellen wir 139 PLN (monatlich) zur Verfügung, die dein Bruttogehalt ergänzen.
