Requirements:


• 10+ years of experience in architecting and designing high-performant Data Science workloads, with a special focus on Natural Language Processing.


• Strong expertise in designing Generative AI solutions, virtual assistants and chatbots using industry leading LLM's (preferably Azure Open AI and GPT) and ability to compare and contrast outcomes for accuracy, quality, bias, and hallucinations.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

Must have skills:

  • Data science solution architecture
  • Microsoft Power Platform

Nice to have:

Experience with Azure AI/ML and native data engineering tech stack

Responsibilities:


• Design and architect scalable and efficient GenAI applications and virtual assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio.


• Develop robust backend systems and APIs with Python to support AI-driven applications.


• Leverage Azure native technologies and PowerApps to create seamless, integrated solutions that enhance functionality and user experience.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define clear solution objectives, deliverables, and timelines.


• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to ensure the solutions remain innovative and competitive.


• Lead the implementation of best practices in model deployment, data governance, data security, and compliance across all developed applications.


• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers.


• Document architectural designs and processes clearly and comprehensively for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
