YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Provide customer support for Germany via email, phone, and chat, responding to first customer contact, including inquiries about products and services.
  • Input and update customer data in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with service partners to resolve customer issues and ensure effective collaboration across departments.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, assisting with a range of inquiries such as product-related questions, usage guidance, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with other departments to optimize customer service processes and improve systems.
  • Monitor the progress of customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of inquiries, including questions, complaints, and general issues.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and German.
  • At least secondary education (higher education preferred).
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in a Contact Center.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience working with CRM systems or other customer service tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English, with the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries, including pre-sales questions.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a strong commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
  • Attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Teamwork skills and a commitment to achieving common goals.
